Eggnog Milkshake
1 cup eggnog
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Nutmeg

Directions

In blender combine first 3 ingredients and mix until frothy. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

I big on smoothies and juicing vegtables, every morning I drink

1 head kale
6 carrots
6 celery
2 apples or peaches, or nectarines
1 bunch spinach

In a juicer, and down the hatch, fresh minerals and vitamins!!!

Strawberry smoothie

1 crate fresh strawberries chopped fine
2 scoops vanilla (french) icecream (I use low sugar)
milk to taste

add chopped strawberries to icecream mix till smooth add milk to lighten.
