I made some homemade beef-stew just the other day. The best of the best, unlike the store bought and restaurant loaded with sodium.
I like the flavor of the beef and the veggies I put in mine.

I haven't had beef stew in quite some time. Usually I make that more in the winter months. What sort of veggies do you use in yours? I use fresh peas, carrots, and I shuck the corn off the cob as well. I add celery, onions, potatoes, small tomatoes, some beef stock with no MSG and low sodium too. I'll add one clove of garlic and some basil as well as a small amount of ginger, some fresh ground pepper and a little salt for after it's done, and of course, you have to add a nice cut of beef to it. Cook it in a slow cooker and set ti to low over night and the next day it smells so good. Make some fresh baked rolls or buy some frozen ones at the grocer and a little butter for the roles. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
